Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pine Valley Tactical reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.


 

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they Pine Valley Tactical reserves the right not to ship your order until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

 


 

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 business days for in-stock items.

 


 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the estimated cost of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments, in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to contact us.


The online system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as rifle cases, Pelican cases, and Dynamic Entry Tools. There may be instances where one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects:
Please read the following instructions very carefully to insure prompt service! All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. After 14 days, this policy becomes null and void.
 

Returns and Exchanges may take up to 30 days to be processed through our Returns Department. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
 

WE REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER. PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE YOU MUST EMAIL US THE ITEM #, ITEM DESCRIPTION and REASON FOR RETURN. WE WILL THEN EMAIL YOU AN RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will need to Clearly Write the RMA # on the outside of the box. Please call or email us first with any questions.
All Returns are subject to minimum restocking fee of 20%.
 

OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT INSPECTS EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES OF ANY AND ALL RETURNED ITEMS IF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING HAS OCCURRED: Opened packaging; Obvious Wear & Tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise; kinks in watch band; tears and holes in garments; scratches on sunglass and/or goggle lenses. Any and all size adjustments such as links removed from watch bands; garments that have been laundered, tailored and/or altered, etc. Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, etc. Obvious odors including but not limited to: cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc. Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return. Related warranty paperwork, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent. Any Book, DVD or CD that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. Due to Health Code Violations, all medical supplies and medical related items, food and liquids are not eligible for return. Boxer briefs and socks are not eligible for return. Certain products containing liquid material including but not limited to: pepper sprays, gun lubricants and cleaning products are not eligible for return.
 

Special Order Items are those that are not normally in stock. These are ordered through the manufacturer on an individual basis. Note: Some items listed on the website may be a Special Order Item without notice since our manufactures may at any time without notice change a normal stock item to Special Order. Special Order Items may take longer to ship than In Stock Items. Special Order Items Cannot Be Returned.
 

You will be notified by email if you have ordered a Special Order Item. We must receive an email within 24 hours after payment if you wish to cancel your order. If we do not receive an email within 48 hours of payment our system will automatically place the order, at which point All Sales Final.
 

Many items on our website have manufacturer's warranties. These items generally must be returned to the manufacturer to service the warranty. These warranties normally contain conditions for warranty return. Contact us about a defective product and we will help you in the warranty process.
 

Note: Motorola Items ONLY Due to a change in Motorola's Warranty Process; All Motorola parts which require a warranty exchange are required to be returned to the original seller who will handle the warranty exchange. Customer is responsible for returning item(s) to Pine Valley Tactical in original packaging with original sales receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or Customer Refusal.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees to and from Pine Valley Tactical.
